How to Perform a Wipe Out Wipersoft virus From Your Computer
Screenshots
WiperSoft is a relatively new virus which started out as a spam bot that was distributing false virus results. It has recently been found to be used by hackers to try and gain control of your computer. It does not have anything to do with malware, but instead tries to gain your trust by offering you "free Wipersoft" as a free download. You might wonder what WiperSoft is, or how it can harm your PC. Well, the fact that Wipersoft looks legitimate, and that it carries some legitimate files (such as the Windows update utility) is what makes it dangerous. If you downloaded WiperSoft and also installed programs / files from the Internet, these could end up on your computer being replaced with malicious codes / files which will perform the same task as the original, which means you are left vulnerable to attack.
If you have WiperSoft on your system (it's on the list of infectious programs), then you should not trust that your anti-malware program will remove it, as it will just be replacing one type of virus with another. Therefore, it's essential that you use an excellent antivirus protection program that targets this virus and removes it from your computer. One such tool is XoftSpy, which is a free download from the link below (it's part of ParetoLogic's excellent antivirus protection). You should install XoftSpy onto your computer and then perform a scan with it - if there are any of the infected files that it removed, then it should be deleted / removed from your computer for good (by using the automated options / options available on the program).
If you want to use WiperSoft to clean out your system, then use the 'anti-malware' option to scan through your PC and remove all the infected files that it had inside. This can be performed by clicking onto the tool, where you can then perform a full scan. You can then repair any damaged settings that were left by the original Wipersoft infection, by selecting "restore previous windows configurations", before repeating the scan to complete the job. In the rare case that you are unable to remove the offending program from your PC, you can also download a Wipersoft refund removal tool, which will scan through your PC and remove any of the infected files that it may have placed on there. We've found that this program is excellent at removing Wipersoft (the same infection that caused us to become enamored of it in the first place!)
