VedMed is a little piece of software designed to help people with getting a good night’s sleep and wake up refreshed and ready to take on the world.
It’s designers claim that it will ‘provide you and your family a healthy restful sleep.’ While we’re not quite sure how that works, we’re assuming that means you’d need to have it on a computer in each bedroom. Unless of course you all sleep in the same room. We’re not judging.
The program is intuitive and easy to use, and the interface is simple but looks good.
VedMed’s main purpose is to provide a restorative effect on the brain while you sleep, and promotes a more rapid recovery from fatigue, stress and illness. It should also help with insomnia and other sleep/lack of sleep issues.
The software works by using up to 8 different ‘sleep noises generators,’ each of which has a different effect on the mind with each one targeting a different aspect of sleep. VedMed uses algorithms calculated using the latest science and research.
While aimed at anyone who wants to improve their sleep, VedMed is also apparently extremely useful for children’s sleep as well.
Key Features:
- Helps sleeping patterns.
- Restorative effect on the mind.
- Promotes better recovery from stress, fatigue and illness.
- Good for children.
- Algorithmic noise generators.
The demo/shareware version is free, and works for 30 minutes, after that there are a variety of versions and payment options. VedMed works with any Windows based operating system.
