Tomb Raider Anniversary Game Review

Tomb Raider Anniversary is a high definition remake of Tomb Raider: Anniversary. It features the highly acclaimed franchise heroine, Lara Croft. This game is the follow-up to the hit 2021 original Tomb Raider: Anniversary, which saw Tomb Raider returned to its classic series roots, including intense gameplay, improved graphics and more traditional hidden object scenes and puzzles. However, instead of a traditional storyline, this game follows a 'choose your own adventure' format, where the game opens up as a story within an interactive story-line, and then continues through every possible ending until you've collected all the endings possible.
Tomb Raider Anniversary is, like the original game, a graphical role playing video game (RPG) with hidden object scenes and puzzle solving elements, though the game is now powered by Crystal Dynamics 4. Despite this change of format, Crystal Dynamics made sure to retain most of the standard gameplay that made the original games so popular in the first place and included some extra elements that make the game more interesting and challenging - including both first person shooter and third-person shooting combat, new weapons, upgraded weapons, puzzles, hidden items, and the infamous crystal skulls. One unique aspect of the gameplay of Tomb Raider Anniversary is the use of 'motion controls.' These are fun additions to the gameplay and allow you to manipulate objects using the keyboard, mouse, or PlayStation Move motion controller. They are simple to use and add a lot of extra challenge to the game.
The writing in the game is very funny and is well suited to the themed adventure genre. The humor is aimed at adult players, and the dialogues are witty and respectful of adult concerns, though the story itself is still very light-hearted and humorous. For younger players, it's easy to relate to as it is very familiar, since it's basically the same storyline as the original game. Overall, I'd recommend giving Tomb Raider Anniversary a try if you're a fan of the first game.
