Free FPS horror game
The Man From The Window Games is a free FPS horror game for Android featuring a small family of rabbits. While you’ll explore your home in first-person mode, the dialogue appears as a window at the bottom of the screen. There are also moments where you need to make choices or wait for time to pass.
Some choices in The Man From The Window Games will lead you to your death, and you’ll have to start again. The graphics have an indie horror atmosphere to them, but there are too many adverts in the mobile version to enjoy it. Similar horror games to check out are Evil Haunted Ghost Scary Cellar Horror Game, The Sign - Interactive Ghost Horror and Poppy Horror: Scary Playtime.
The cursed book
As a game that started on Windows, The Man From The Window Games is now available on Android. It follows the same theme with mommy rabbit coming home to her son crying about a book. Apparently, the man from the book he was reading became the man by the window.
Worried he’s losing his sanity, she gets a fright when she hears tapping at the window. What unfolds is you playing as the mommy rabbit investigating what’s going on and evading the mysterious man.
Movement and dialogue
While the game is from an FPS perspective, there are limited places you can move to in your home. The dialogue consists of windows appearing at the bottom of the screen, which breaks from the horror atmosphere. Also, the writing has poor grammar and spelling.
Riddled with adverts
Most free games on Android have adverts you need to contend with, but The Man From The Window Games is incredibly riddled with them. Whenever you move to the next scene, you have an advert. If you manage to play for five minutes without uninstalling the game in frustration, you’ve braver than most gamers.
A horror frenzy
The Man From The Window Games may have been a good game on Windows, but the Android version isn’t impressive. There are too many adverts to enjoy it properly, and the spelling mistakes hurt the eye.
If you have persistence, it has some decent horror aspects you might enjoy. You’ll see some scary moments, but they’re not too frightening.
