Google Calendar 2.14
If you use Google's Chrome browser and you use Google's Calendar then, quite simply, you need to install the free Google Calendar extension for Chrome. With the Google Calendar extension installed, you will be able to access your Google Calendar appointments wherever you are on the Web, without having to visit the calendar itself.
The Google Calendar extension will install as a small icon on the upper-right hand side of your browser. Upon clicking it, a window will display your calendar and all of its schedule events and meetings. If you want to see an event, just click it and the event details appear. If you want to see more details about any event, simply click the More Details link and you will be redirected to Google Calendar.
Key features include:
- Displays events from your selected calendars.
- Quick Add: When adding events, you no longer need to specify a time separately..
- Support for any site that uses the hCalendar microformat or derivative microformats such as hResume.
- Website event and map support: Click the orange “+” to add the event to your Google Calendar.
Overall, the Google Calendar extension for Google Chrome is a really useful tool that can save you time. The interface is clean and easy to use. The ability to add events to your calendar from supported websites is very handy. The only downside is that you can't edit any existing events.
