The app doesn’t require any installation, and will run in the background of your PC. Overall, Dictionary.NET is a great tool that will give you a simple translation of text in over 90 languages. It doesn’t, however, provide perfect results every time and the Automatic language detection doesn't work properly sometimes. Apart from that, it’s a great little app.
