Free tower defence game

Bloons TD Battles is a free game based on the immensely popular tower-defence series created by Ninja Kiwi, Bloons Tower Defense. The main difference between the two titles is the ability to play multiplayer mode in Bloons TD Battles.
The overall objective of the gameplay of both games is the same, which is to survive as many rounds as possible by defeating the enemy (bloons). 'Assault Mode' is where the multiplayer feature comes in handy. You must make a key decision on whether to spend your money on attacking your opponent or buying more defences. A helpful feature of the game is that your screen is split n half so you can see your opponents screen too, meaning you can see their defences as well.
Aim of the game
The objective of the game is simple. You and your opponent will have a certain amount of lives, which are lost when bloons get through your defences. It is important to note that lives can’t be gained, only lost.
As mentioned above, you have an important choice to decide on how you spend your money. Spending too much on your defences will lead to your opponent overwhelming you with bloons. However, spending too much on bloons could see your opponent's defences getting too strong. As you can see, the aim of the game is balance.
Game modes
There are five different modes in Bloons TD Battles that you can have fun with your friends who can join in on the fun.
- Battle arenas: a league system where medals are required for access.
- Card Battles: there are 15 different cards that have varying towers and bloons to use.
- Attack and defence: in these modes, you can test your skills against other players.
- Battle School: this game mode is unique to the new multiplayer mode of Bloons. Here, you can test out strategies and improve your skillset with no consequences.
New and improved fun
Bloons TD Battles is a new-look form of Bloons based on the all-time classic Bloons Tower Defense. The multiplayer aspect really changes the gameplay up and creates an entirely new feel which is enhanced by the five game modes. Given that it’s also free to play, it’s highly recommended.
