Review of the New 18 Wheels of Steel Game - Pedal to the Metal!

A new title from the German company, SCS Software, called 18 Wheels of Steel: Pedal to the Metal has been getting a lot of attention recently. I am not sure why, since it really doesn't stand out in any way. The object of the game is to drive through an obstacle course and reach the end. You do this by pedaling your truck, but that's about all it does.
One thing you have to consider about this title, which separates it from the similar games you might have played, is that the graphics are quite poor. They are ugly and hard to see sometimes. But the truck graphics are nothing compared to the overall quality of the game, which does an excellent job of depicting the trucker life. For example, you can customize your truck by changing its look and there are many options available. For example, some of the extras include awnings, trunks, bulletproof windows, fancy paint jobs, bumpers and side skirts and more.
If you have heard of this game, then you know that it is completely free on line. You can download it for free. It also has a forum where the developers answer questions and discuss new trucks and modifies the older ones. You can buy the game from any good PC game store or download it for free from many websites online. You can also buy the hardware for your computer and get a CD or a DVD containing the same content as the software. You can also buy new trucks and add to your garage.
