Fast and private VPN without logging

HMA! Pro VPN is a virtual private network programme that keeps all your online activities secure. Users are set to run with the highest available encryption, 256-bit AES. Its 1000+ servers use full-disk encryption to prevent it from being hacked or seized. You can use this programme across multiple devices, namely mac OS X, Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365), Android, iOS, Linux, and routers.

How does HMA! Pro VPN Work?

With a click or tap on the switch, HMA! Pro will automatically connect you to the fastest available server. Its servers are available in over 290 locations spanning across 190 countries. The extensive number of servers increases the likelihood of a fast and stable connection. You can be sure that every request goes through HMA’s own secure DNS servers without being logged. This means you will remain 100% anonymous.

By default, the programme uses the Lightning Connect mode. It takes the guesswork of finding the fastest server, so you don't have to worry. You can still select your preferred server from the Location List. Each country is organised by continent. Once you’ve made your selection, you will be connected to the fastest server in that area. You can mark certain speciality streaming and P2P servers or locations as your favourites. These will appear on the side navigation bar.

The side panel highlights, explains, and provides quick access to advanced settings. These include the Kill Switch, Split-Tunneling, and Auto-connect rules. Desktop users will find these under the More button which is situated on the top righthand side of the dashboard. You will see that there are two versions of a Kill Switch. The former is in charge of cutting your device’s internet connection entirely, while the latter starts a VPN tunnel before re-connecting to a Wi-Fi network.

Is HMA! Pro VPN safe?

The main draw of HMA! Pro is that it supports a No Log Policy. It also does not keep DNS requests, exact timestamps, and the amount of data transferred over the VPN. The programme does record the day of each connection, even though this functionality does not tie you to any kind of online action or activity. It also records a rounded down number of transferred data. For example, 292MB becomes 200MB.

Another security feature boasted by the programme is the IP Shuffle. It randomly changes your IP address so it will be impossible for third parties to track you down. You will be in charge of selecting the predetermined intervals or setting a custom interim. As it is shuffling, you'll have to check to see if your Kill Switch function is active to prevent any data leaks. You will only be cycled in the same location, which means you’ll still have access to services in that region.

It also considers the fact that its users are more mobile and connecting your laptop, tablet, or smartphone to a public Wi-Fi network could expose your information to internet sleuths and hackers. To avoid this, you can use the Auto-Connection rules feature to decide if you want to launch HMA automatically or manually. The automated setting means HMA will activate when you’re connected to the net.

No-frills VPN service

HMA! Pro is a suitable VPN programme for all user-levels. Whether you’re using a VPN for the first time, or you’re an experienced user, HMA simplifies the process of creating a safe and secure digital environment for you. Most of its features can be activated by mere toggling or clicking. Lastly, its wide array of features also allows you to customise your user experience to the strictest security level.
