An Outdated Image Browser
Screenshots
gBrowser is a fairly basic image viewer that hasn't been updated in the last two years. Despite its outdated features, we have decided to include it on our site for users who may still find it useful. The program aims to restore your Finder view, but it does so somewhat clumsily. The interface displays an explorer-style view of your image folders on the left side, while the main part of the interface previews the images. gBrowser lacks editing features but does offer some basic effects such as drop shadow, sharpening, and outline.
One of the touted features of gBrowser is the slideshow, but unfortunately, every time we tried to launch it, the program crashed. This occurred even with only a few images, so we recommend limiting yourself to previewing images with gBrowser. Overall, gBrowser is a very basic image viewer that lacks many of the functions found in more up-to-date software. We hope that it receives a much-needed update soon.
