Overall, PC Fresh is an OK system tweak utility. The settings are presented clearly in a simple windowed environment. It is easy to use, simple to operate and can perform a number of neat tweaks and changes. The downside is that the app consumes a fair amount of resources; but if you have a powerful system, this shouldn't be too much of an issue?
