Getting the relative positions of objects within a game is notoriously difficult, so it's reasonable to expect that we'll see more of this kind of ray-marching.
Considering this original version of Marble Marcher is essentially a proof of concept, it's definitely worth downloading this free game to experience the beautiful and unique gameplay.
