Listary Portable: Embed instant searches into your favorite programs
Listary Portable is a system-embedded search tool for Windows PCs. It is very similar to Mac’s Spotlight, allowing you to instantly search for files, folders, and apps. The program runs in the background and can be opened with a customizable keyboard shortcut. As you type your search keywords, Listary Portable displays results in real-time. Once you find what you're looking for, simply highlight it and press Enter.
In addition to its search capabilities, Listary Portable includes a Command mode that allows you to run the terminal and browse system folders. You can also use wildcards when performing searches. It is a convenient desktop companion for daily computer usage. However, some of its more advanced features are only available in the Pro version. Overall, Listary Portable provides an easier and more comfortable way to browse files, folders, and perform searches.
