World of Warplanes is an exciting, free-to-join, online multiplayer aerial battle simulator massively multiplayer online that was released in November of 2013 in North America, Europe and CIS countries. The game allows the use of both Microsoft windows operating systems. This release of the game comes with many new features not seen in previous versions such as the option to use dedicated servers. World of Warplanes now also supports customization of wings, emblems, wing textures and control layouts to create your own unique style.
The game features over forty different types of aircraft to fly with including military transports, transport planes, ground attack planes, long range combat aircraft, transport liners and long range aerial refueling aircraft. Some of the more popular aircraft include the Boeing 747, which is used by both civilian and military aircraft. There are also numerous military aircraft that are used in the game such as the Hawker Hunter, which is a British fighter plane used by Royal Air Force. The German Focke-Wulf FW 190 is one of the most popular fighter planes used by the Luftwaffe during World War II.
World of Warplanes can be played single player and there are more than two hundred different levels to complete in the single player mode. In the online game you can take on the role of any famous aircraft manufacturer that makes World of Warplanes. You can be an aspiring airline pilot who wants to become a flying star, or you can be a professional pilot that wants to earn his wings. Either way in the online game world of warplanes you can play with other real life pilots and battle it out online against other wargamers.
