As part of the ongoing PSL Game2019: Pakistan Cricket League promotion Duo Labz has announced a special Android app that will allow users in the country to purchase tickets for the ongoing season of the annual tournament. Tickets for this year's season run currently through the end of March and the first game of the league is scheduled for later this summer. This means that the Android app should prove extremely popular as fans of the game flock to the Android marketplace in order to register and pre-purchase their tickets.
This is the first such application developed specifically for the Pakistani cricket world cup. The previously announced series of games will include two Tests, four Twenty20 matches, three Twenty20 internationals and one UAE Twenty20 international. It is unclear at this time if the Android version of the game will be identical to that offered on PlayStation Plus. In the past, PlayStation has attempted to enter into the cricketing world by offering downloadable single player titles that allow users to create their own teams and compete with others on the PlayStation Network. This would allow fans of the PlayStation brand to develop their own team and participate in the PLC tournament series as well as being able to enjoy the games on other platforms.
This is not the first time Duo Labz has attempted a unique idea for a mobile game. Their previous game, Android Hero, became a hit with gamers around the world and introduced an entirely new set of challenges to the genre. If Android Hero was a success, it is safe to assume that a similar, innovative, and entertaining game is on its way. Whether or not the Android version will be as successful as Android Hero is still anyone's guess. We will have to wait and see. Until then, we hope you enjoy the latest release of the popular cricketing action-adventure-style game.
