Install a New Folder Wizard in Windows Server 2021 R2

In this article I am going to show you how to install a new Windows Explorer in a Windows Server. It is very easy to do, you just need a little command line creativity. Many people who are new to windows server administration may feel intimidated by the amount of options, and might leave the installation to a computer specialist or software developer. Do not be, there is no reason you cannot do it yourself.

New Folder Wizard is a very powerful portable tool that allows you to create thousands of named folders & subfolders very quickly and easily. You can create an unlimited number of user folders (emails, contacts, task lists) and even assign permissions for each individual folder. Options include numbering the files, pre-mounting the storage (creating the storage after you delete the folder), padding the root of the folder, using a plain text file as the naming source, and naming the folder using a unique name for each individual file.

The most important part to this entire process is naming the folders. When you use a plain text file as your naming source you have no flexibility. All folders will share the same name, with the same extension. What you can do is change the extension of your folder names if you want to uniquely name each one of them. This allows you to create unique folders for every document in your Outlook Express or other program.
