MyChart is a free application that puts all your medical details and information at the tips of your fingers. You have access to test results, appointment information, immunization history, and many more—including the contact details of your doctor. To start using the app, you need an account using your healthcare provider.
View health information
On MyChart, you can view all your previous information from appointments, such as test results or when you last visited the doctor for a checkup. There’s also a list of all your previous immunizations and many other aspects of your medical history.
However, the app can sync with other health apps to keep a more detailed record. All your information gets displayed in a neatly-presented interface. The menus are easy to navigate, making the app an ideal choice to use when managing your medical details.
Contact your doctor
Along with access to a few records of your past medical visits, MyChart lets you contact your doctor. This convenience saves you time when asking a few questions or confirming a checkup, as these take mere moments and not an entire appointment.
Manage appointments
You can set and cancel appointments directly from your mobile device with the MyChart application. Once you arrive at the location, click the eCheck-In button on the tab. The application is also an easy way to reschedule events and checkups.
Family information
MyChart doesn’t keep only your information, but also that of your family. This feature lets you keep track of your parents, children, or sibling’s appointments and ensure that they attend them. You can also use this to contact their doctors and get detailed medical information.
Your account
MyChart works with your healthcare provider to bring you accurate information from previous medical appointments and your upcoming dates. You can log in using this information online or through the app and print out screenshots to show other doctors. The account’s login details work online with the MyChart website, letting you use it even if you’re without your mobile phone.

MyChart is an excellent way to manage your personal medical information.
