MyChart is a free application that puts all your medical details and information at the tips of your fingers. You have access to test results, appointment information, immunization history, and many more—including the contact details of your doctor. To start using the app, you need an account using your healthcare provider.

On MyChart, you can view all your previous information from appointments, such as test results or when you last visited the doctor for a checkup. There’s also a list of all your previous immunizations and many other aspects of your medical history.

You can set and cancel appointments directly from your mobile device with the MyChart application. Once you arrive at the location, click the eCheck-In button on the tab. The application is also an easy way to reschedule events and checkups.

MyChart works with your healthcare provider to bring you accurate information from previous medical appointments and your upcoming dates. You can log in using this information online or through the app and print out screenshots to show other doctors. The account’s login details work online with the MyChart website, letting you use it even if you’re without your mobile phone.
