Music Viz is a free multimedia application available on the Android platform that allows you to visualize your music and microphone in a simple way. With Music Viz, you can start playing your favorite music on any player of your choice and switch over to the app to experience some eye-catching visualizations. The app automatically switches to visualizing the microphone input when you stop the music. You can tap within the visualization to change its orientation.
It is important to note that some Samsung and LG phones only support mic input. This means that devices with this issue never provide audio data even when music is playing, so only the mic input will work. Devices that have been seen to be broken include the Samsung Galaxy S3 and LG Optimus L9.
