Indian Train Simulator - What Are The Options Available To You?
Indian Train Simulator is without a doubt India's leading train simulator. From the creators of High Brow Interactive, the well known makers of the world famous Euro Train Simulator. " Nehru" is currently in the testing phase and will be out in 2021. They are creating a new version of the game to be launched next year, which is sure to be even better than the original. "Sim City" on the Nintendo DS was an okay game. This game though is a bit dated.
The game developed by Nehru Games is in the style of an 'Sims' game, where you have to complete lots of jobs, quests and other tasks to progress through the game. "Sim City" on the other hand will be available for a Nintendo DS in English and Spanish only. The story in both the games is quite similar and it looks like they are trying to keep the game as true to life as possible. Indian simulators are also making good use of the android platform with a version of" Nehru" having been developed by "Playdom" for a whopping $2.99 (approx. 250 DM) and now ready for its iOS release.
For those who still don't have a clue about how Indian Train Simulator works, here's a simple explanation: you can download an application from the Google play store which gives you access to a number of Indian luxury trains like the Savilet, the Jalido, the King Styles, the Kanhopuram, the Bhakraj and the Ooty etc. Once downloaded, you can start playing by selecting the Indian Train Simulator on your device and following the on screen instructions, which will guide you through various important steps like selecting the track, creating the train, adding accessories like food boxes, sleeper bags, sleeper girls etc. You can even add a driver if you wish to create a scenario where you manage a train with a driver. You can select either English or Hindi language to interact with the characters in the game. The main challenge will be to create the scenario with the best outcomes in order to win various challenges and feats, like earning a well deserved grade, completing all the levels and challenges in the quickest time or completing all the levels in the quickest time to clear the challenge, and get awarded with a certificate for your efforts!
