Picreel is a cloud-based solution that is able to utilize mouse movement analysis in order to convert bounced website traffic into paying customers, using exit intent technology.

With Picreel's mouse movement analysis, you can track the velocity and movement of a website visitor’s mouse movements. Picreel is then able to prompt the immediate deployment of an ‘event’ that is designed to prevent the visitor from leaving the site. This final page is the last chance to create a compelling offer for the user; usually a limited-time discount, which can be applied at the checkout. Retail businesses can also use Picreel to collect customer contact information for email marketing databases.

Tracking Mouse Movements
Picreel is able to track the movement and velocity of a website visitor’s mouse movements to determine the moment a visitor is about to abandon a page. At that moment, the solution immediately deploys a conversion page that is specifically designed to keep the visitor on your website for a longer period of time.

Picreel is easy to implement, you can simply add a line of snippet code to each page of your website. The code will not slow your website down, and it is possible to install with no coding skills required.

A/B Testing*
A/B testing is a great way to compare two versions of a website in order to see which performs better amongst targeted visitors. With Picreel you can deploy two versions of any campaign in order to see which leads to a higher conversion lift. Adding A/B testing to your site is a simple affair, simply click on the “A/B Testing” tab. You can generate a new A/B test by clicking on the “Add A/B Test” button in the upper left-hand corner.

Generating Statistical Data
Picreel’s platform can play an integral role in determining how future marketing campaigns are configured. Picreel provides real-time statistical data on visits, conversions, and conversion rates, as well as full campaign reports.

Generating statistical reports is straightforward enough; from the dashboard select the period that Picreel should review. From here you can select custom start and end dates, and then review the total page views, conversions, and impressions for that period of time. You can also report on specific campaigns.

Acquiring Leads
The great thing about Picreel is that it provides its users with data regarding every person who visits a site. This data is then able to be funnelled into email marketing campaigns, which can be specifically tailored to bring those visitors back.

To view the available lead data, simply click on the ‘leads’ tab in order to see a list that Picreel has collected. With each lead, there is the request URL, the request time, and details such as an email address (when applicable). With Picreel, lead lists can be exported to CSV. Picreel accounts may also be integrated with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and GetResponse, in order to create custom follow up campaigns.

Picreel is able to integrate with various email marketing apps and shopping platforms, including AWeber, Campaign Monitor, iContact, GetResponse and MailChimp. MailChimp also allows Picreel users to follow up with online visitors who have abandoned their websites.

Picreel integrates well with the following apps and services: BigCommerce, Marketo, MailChimp, Shopify, Highrise CRM, AWeber, GetResponse, VerticalResponse, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics, Magento, and Zapier.

Picreel uses a subscription pricing model, with plans starting from $19 per month for the Starter plan. This is capped at 2,000 monthly visitors, 1 campaign, and 1 template. If your business has greater needs, the Pro plan may be more suitable. The Pro plan is priced at $399 per month, and includes 150,000 monthly visitors, 30 campaigns, and 30 templates.

All Picreel pricing plans are available with exit intent technology, cart and form abandonment, and full service management.

Bottom Line

With Picreel in place, site abandonment can be significantly reduced, by deploying targeted campaigns. It uses mouse movement analysis to keep visitors on your website, and can be integrated with a number of popular email marketing solutions.
