Pic Picks is a powerful yet easy to use photo retouching tool for Windows operating systems. Pic Picks is compatible with all versions of Windows and works on both the Desktop and the Internet Explorer in the background. Pic Picks is free to download. Commercial users need to purchase a commercial license for use on a personal computer.
To use Pic Picks, you can open a snap using the Windows Task Manager by right clicking on the picture, selecting "Open Pic Picks" and then pressing "OK". Pic Picks will open a screen with two panes. On one pane you can see a preview of your picture in real time, and you can change the image by selecting any tool or drop-down menu. To zoom in or out, hold down the Alt key while dragging the mouse over the image, and shift+click to move between different views. Highlight and activate all the options available in the Pic Picks control panel and click "Scrap It" to automatically save the image to your specified folder.
