Ogif's TalkAny is a repackaging of the classic text-to-speech engine, TalkAny. This program offers a selection of voice "personalities" to choose from and allows users to manually tweak voices. It supports both English and Spanish texts. However, Ogif's TalkAny does not offer any significant improvements over the original TalkAny program and appears outdated and out of date.
