Enjoy Online Games With "Netplay Through Gens" Using a New Source Forge
I'm sure you must have heard of Gens, a relatively new free video game application which allows you to develop console games on the computer. I've been playing with it for quite some time now and haven't really heard any bad things about it so I decided to write this article and find out more about it. So what video card do you have and what kind of ram do you have on your computer as well? Those are very important questions because if your system has the wrong specifications then your game won't run or even run very well. You need to make sure that the console is fitting the Gens requirements before trying to use it.
I don't know if there will be an update for the Windows version of Gens. I hope not because I really want to keep my old version and use it on my new PC. But my suspicion is that they will make an update to fix some of the issues people are having. But the question I have is why hasn't Microsoft released an update for the Windows version yet. I'm sure they will because it would increase their profits greatly and it will keep the gaming industry moving. If they release an update then I bet that many more people will buy the new version and they will switch from PS2 to Wii and many other consoles.
If you still want to try Gens then you can just use the "netsurf" network to play online. The official Netplay port is still up and running, the only problem is that at the moment the network isn't as strong as it used to be so you might encounter some difficulties in connecting to other players. I would suggest that if you want to try Gens then you should try the "netsurf" version instead because that's where the official netplay code is. If you can get access to the "replay through wan na" then I'm sure you won't regret it. You can find the code on the website link below.
