True Transparency is a free windows program which changes the transparency and border of all windows, essentially adding true transparency to your windows. To use this program you need to download it and then double click on its desktop icon to launch it. Then you can drag & drop all your windows from the program's folder into the "True Transparency" program's folder, making sure they're all placed in the same folder before you begin. This will save your work and load your windows in the new transparent state. You can then make as many changes as you wish and once you're satisfied with your change, simply restart your computer for complete seamless operation.

This program has an extremely useful feature called True Transparency, a window that makes your system tray transparent if you want it to be and allows you to see all the windows even from a very long distance. To use this feature, you need to first open the truetransparency program, ensure it loads up, and click" Transparency" to open the options menu, where you'll find a list of 6 different settings. Each setting controls the transparency of the window by changing the colour of the border that stretches from the top edge of your screen to the bottom. Make changes to one of these six selections until you are happy with the effect you want to achieve. To make it more useful, set the Transparency level to 100%, which will allow you to view all the windows without any special effects such as fade ins and out, or shadows.

Although this program may seem a little 'tech' at first, in fact it's simple to use and it does exactly what you'd expect - it makes your windows run seamlessly and transparently. Furthermore it also adds a very useful tool-bar to your desktop, giving you access to four different windows besides the system tray, allowing you to open up all your applications quickly and easily. Some people may find that truetransparency corrupts the Windows registry, but this is an unfounded fear - in actual fact truetransparency works very well and is completely invisible to anyone who doesn't know about it. To check whether your system is compatible with truetransparency download and install a free registry cleaner software program from the Internet. Follow the on-screen instructions and then run the program, which will scan your computer and show you any problems it might find, before reporting them to you. The cleaner will also remove any Trojans, adware and other unwanted software from your PC, allowing Windows to run faster and better again.
