Suffer the Night for Windows

Covering only the first chapter, Suffer the Night (Demo) is a free-to-download demo of the first-person horror title with the same name. Set in a stormy Sleepy Woods in 1989, Stacey Linden discovers a peculiar envelope at the doorstep, containing a floppy disk with an action game. This title from TaintedPact Games is essentially a game within a game, offering a choose-your-own-adventure dungeon crawler experience with player choices and pixel-style backgrounds.

Players must balance playing Suffer the Night on the computer with checking for strange occurrences in the house, as Mr. Tops, the antagonist, can break in and eliminate the player. However, the small font size in the dialogue might hinder player enjoyment by being difficult to read.
