Free Alarm Clock is a free, feature rich and user-friendly alarm clock for the Windows platform. It allows you to set as many alarms as you want to; you can set one-time alarms or repeating alarms. It lets you label different alarms to indicate activities you must do at the sound of the alarm. After you set the time and sound for each alarm, you can use a text field to write a note to yourself as a reminder about the alarm's purpose, i.e. 'Get up and surf the net for a new car'. You can also set Free Alarm Clock to turn on the volume automatically if you have it on mute accidentally. When the alarm is activated, the software can turn up the volume of Windows forcefully. Overall, as far as alarm clocks go, Free Alarm Clock is not a bad choice to go with. It has a few neat tricks up its sleeve and a nice interface to boot.
