This game lets you take on the task of being a bus driver. The gameplay is the same as that of any other bus simulator. The differences being the terrible graphics and the lack of objectives. It does have control settings and run well on low battery mode.
Tilt steering
Players can choose from 3 steering modes, including tilt handling. That matters less when the controls are insensitive. You’ll have to turn your phone almost upside down for the bus to turn. Touch-screen controls aren’t that responsive, either. Everything creates such a slow pace for the game.
The graphics look like the developers didn’t want people with nice phones to play. It has 3D models, but their renderings feel dull and lifeless. There isn’t a third-person perspective, so you won’t see the interior of your bus.
A large number of ads
Since the resolutions are low, you can play long sessions without your phone dying. It doesn’t use data and consumes little to no memory.
What this app does offer in abundance are ads. Each varies in length, but they pop up after every mission, which can ruin the user-experience.
Environment
The surroundings are what distinguish Bus Driver 3D: Hill Station from the rest. It isn’t deal-breaking, but it does put you in an explorative mood. Most of the fun comes from ignoring the passengers and drive around. If you do, the game becomes a sandbox, and some players will find that more enjoyable.
