Zero Hour, developed by RESETgame, is an online tactical FPS game that offers a team-based action gameplay with real-life scale and resource management. The game is set in various locations in Bangladesh and provides both attackers and defenders with unique roles.
The game has a planning table where the attacking team can come up with strategies by drawing a 3D miniature version of the location being played. The terrorists are given time to place traps and gadgets to aid in their defense strategy. Both teams have resources that they need to manage per three rounds. The attackers have two sets of five types of weapons while the defenders have five sets of five types of gadgets.
The game also has a hostage mode where the hostage held captive by defenders will run away if not watched carefully. The game encourages slow and tactical gameplay by introducing doors that cause both teams to hesitate before entering a room, and a breaker switch that causes a complete blackout of the whole operation building.
The game developers have prepared a roadmap for Zero Hour consisting of new maps, bug fixes, and new features. The game also offers voice chat for proper team communication. Overall, Zero Hour is a game that offers true online tactical gameplay and is highly recommended for action game lovers.
