In the United Kingdom, NBC Universal has acquired streaming rights to WWE digital content. For a limited time, members can access WWE's entire library for only $4.99 a month. WWE Superstars: The Digital Short Screen is also available for members for a modest fee. The company also offers WWE On Demand, which streamline an individual's video viewing experience with WWE pay per views, original movies, trailers for upcoming movies, music videos and episodes of popular television shows.
WWE Superstars: The Digital Short Screen will be available on the Google Android Market in the coming months. For those who are interested, the WWE Superstars: The Social Center app (a companion app to the Superstars app) will be accessible through the Android Market as well. WWE officials say the Android app is in development and it will complement the soon-to-be- launches of WWE pay per view events in the U.S. Other countries where WWE has signed deals are the U.K., Australia, Canada, Ireland and Spain.
WWE Superstars: The Social Center gives you access to over one hour of highlights, commentaries and interviews from some of the biggest names in professional wrestling today, including WWE wrestlers Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose, WWE stars Roman Reigns and John Layler and other big names from the world of sports and entertainment. The Android Market already has over one hundred and twenty app categories and the company will add more in the future, including WWE matches, music videos, trailers for upcoming movies, pay per views and the ever-popular WWE On Demand. The WWE Superstars: The Social Center app will also give you access to the official WWE Hub, featuring over one hundred articles on the most recent WWE events, the company's top stars and the latest information on booking, pay per view events, stars who have retired or have been released, and much more.
