For those planning a beach day, the app provides beach flags for the central Florida Panhandle and outside weather cameras to check out the beach before heading out. Additionally, daily video forecasts from the First Alert Storm Team can be viewed, even if you miss the morning or evening news. The app also allows you to submit photos to the meteorologists or report a storm to the National Weather Service. Lastly, there is an embedded LIVE video player so you can stream newscasts and severe weather alerts, even when the power is out.
