Splice is an impressive video editing and recording software that allows you to record a video directly from a webcam or flash device. To Splice, you just need to go into the Splice settings, click on the link "Open in Splice", then type the camera information. If your video does not record with the camera mouse, then just right click it and go into the properties and check the box for using the mouse.
