How Does Siri-Voice Assistant S.I.R.I.?
In a previous article, I discussed some of the features of Siri, including its artificial intelligence capabilities and what makes it more than just another keyword search tool. Today we will also take a look at one of the newest member of the Siri family: the IQT Ltd. Android and iPhone intelligent personal assistant. As with many other intelligent personal assistants (such as those from Apple or IBM), the iPhone/iRibbit integration is quite powerful. But in addition to its intelligence abilities, it can help consumers organize their schedule and make grocery shopping easier by combining their remote control commands with voice recognition technology.
As a user of an iPhone and using my own voice recognition software, I was very happy to be able to use my voice to trigger the right action when necessary. I no longer need to physically press buttons on the remote control anymore and I no longer have to wait for my assistant to save my shopping list to a hard drive or download an app. If I forget to activate the feature before leaving home for work, the next time I am back home, all I need to do is say" Siri" and she'll do it for me. Of course, the first time I used the Voice Assistant for this purpose, I probably pushed the wrong button or activated the wrong program and it took quite some time to get everything set up correctly.
Now that the iPhone's voice recognition feature is being integrated with the IQT Ltd. Android and iPhone intelligent personal assistant, I can go into any store or online retailer and simply say "Siri, order". Once the order has been confirmed, it will automatically appear on my personal smartphone or tablet device. I can use the voice recognition software to scan my schedule and then let the Siri system takes over and display the grocery shopping list for me. I love that once the order is completed, my assistant can immediately connect the information into my secure, central electronic database and I don't even have to type in my password.
