In the hard mode, Saiko is already revised and hungry, needing food more often. Saiko will also seek meat from you, the player, and Yui, making gameplay more challenging.

Saiko no Sutoka Halloween Edition is a horror game where you'll need to run away from the yandere trying to kill you. The title isn't challenging but offers three difficulty levels for you to challenge yourself.
