המוסד לביטוח לאומי (National Insurance Institute) has developed an Android app to improve and expand its service channels. The app aims to make the services more accessible and convenient for users, eliminating the need to visit physical branches. With this app, users can access a range of services and information related to their national insurance benefits. The app provides various features, including locating the National Insurance Institute branch nearest to the user's location, guides on different topics, information on the exhaustion of rights, calculators for child allowances, benefits, and retirement age reserve, a list of active auctions, secure debt payment, ordering certificates of entitlement to benefits, forms for submission, and secure document submission online. Certificates and forms will be sent to the user's registered address via regular mail. The app is free to download and use, with additional services planned for the future.
