ALTERA is a premium first-person role-playing game from Vulkanic that immerses players in military game mechanics set in a sci-fi backdrop. With sandbox elements and roguelike gameplay, ALTERA challenges players with perma-death and hardcore gameplay, testing their strategic planning and decision-making skills.
In this open-world battlefield, players face a harsh and unforgiving world where death is permanent. They must gather and control troops, hack other units, and explore the open world to scavenge for resources and gear. The PvPvE mode allows players to challenge AI-powered enemies and fellow players, adding a touch of whimsy with penguins and mangoes, despite being in Early Access.
