Jharkhand Sahayta is a free mobile app developed by Jharkhand Space Applications Center for Android devices. It falls under the category of Social & Communication. This app is specifically designed to capture the details of migrant workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The main features of Jharkhand Sahayta include a mobile interface for district officials to verify the Aadhar picture and selfie of the applicants. It also provides an interface for generating a list of applicants with valid Aadhar picture and selfie, along with bank account details, in the template of the PFMS Portal. Additionally, the app allows the capturing of rejected bank account details as returned from the PFMS Portal.
Jharkhand Sahayta also offers a dashboard that displays the number of applicants who have applied, the number of rejected applications, the number of applicants whose bank details have been posted on the PFMS Portal for validation and payments, and the number of applicants whose payments were successful. Furthermore, the app provides an SMS facility to notify applicants whose applications have been rejected.
With its focus on capturing migrant worker information and facilitating the verification and payment process, Jharkhand Sahayta aims to streamline and expedite the support provided to those affected by the pandemic.
