Comic Life is a really fun application that allows you to transform your photos and images into comic books. With its easy-to-use interface, you can quickly drag and drop your images, arrange them on a page, and add comic lettering and bubbles. It offers a wide range of shapes, forms, and text lettering styles reminiscent of the best cartoons and comics. You can customize these elements to your liking using the style attributes tab. Comic Life also provides a variety of filters to give your photos a different look, such as transforming them into a scene from Sin City. Additionally, the program offers numerous page templates and themes to help you get started.
Importing pictures into Comic Life is simple, as you can easily drag and drop them from your desktop or choose them directly from the preview pane within the application. You can even use your webcam or DV camera to take snaps and immediately incorporate them into your comic strip.
The only drawback is that Comic Life can sometimes use a significant amount of RAM. However, overall, it is a highly intuitive and feature-rich application that allows you to have a great time with your pictures. It provides all the necessary elements, including bubbles, styles, and fonts, to create visually appealing comics. Highly recommended.
