Currently in active development for PC and a handful of gaming consoles, The Walking Dead: Destinies is a collaboration between GameMill Entertainment and AMC that will delight long-time fans of the TV series. In it, you get to play Rick Grimes in a third-person, narrative-driven adventure that spans four seasons of the show.
Deviate from the show’s plot with your decisions
Basically, The Walking Dead: Destinies puts the fate of the characters in your hands. The developers promise a storyline that will depend on the player’s in-game decisions—you may even determine who lives and dies in the story, deviating from the show’s plot. Iconic locations like the Greene farm, Woodbury, Atlanta, and the prison will be visited as you play. Plus, the game will also feature fan favorites like Shane, Daryl, Michonne, and Carol. To survive, you’ll need to manage limited resources and utilize various weapons.
Promising game so far
Although not much information about The Walking Dead: Destinies is out yet, what we know so far already sets the premise for a ground-breaking action-adventure game. Perfect for fans of the series, players will visit show-featured locations and reacquaint with loved characters.
