A New Game From Postal Developments
One of my earliest memories of playing computer games was Postal 2. If you are familiar with this game then you will know that it is one of the better ones out there. It is mostly remembered for being one of the early games to come out with Windows when it first came out. Postal 2 is still popular to this day, even though Microsoft has made a lot of games that use this technology.
The new game Gopostal has brought along another possible sequel to Postal II. The only problem with Gopostal is that it hasn't had any major success outside of gaming websites. This new game will most likely be nothing like the first game either, but I am sure people are hoping for a spiritual sequel to Postal II. The only problem with Gopostal is that it is in no danger of competing with Postal III: Antypathy.
Postal 3 may not be entirely an improvement over Postal 2, but it certainly has some potential. The new workshop items allow players to create new scenarios and challenges for themselves and the game progresses through those scenarios. The new features in Postal 3 are mostly just enhancements to the basics of the game, but that doesn't mean the game will never be quite as good as the original. I am looking forward to playing through the new scenario and experiencing all the new items and challenges available.
