Ion Fury: Aftershock Review
Classic shooter game revamp DLC
The premium downloadable content (DLC) Ion Fury: Aftershock continues the story of the 3D first-person shooter game Ion Fury. In it, the antagonist Dr. Jadus Heskel returns with a bang and has to be defeated yet again by the protagonist Shelly Harrison. It features new locations, weapons, and even a new game mode.
Defeat Dr. Heskel once again
Only playable after you’ve purchased the base game, Ion Fury: Aftershock picks up right after the ending of the original action title. This time, the player gets to explore new locations and outdoor settings, encounter new kinds of enemies, and face a new, stronger boss at the end. Additional weapons are introduced in this DLC, as well. Plus, Harrison gets to ride a powerful Hover Bike equipped with deadly Drunken Homing Plasma Missiles this time around. Furthermore, the Arrange Mode allows a replay of the original game but with tougher settings.
