Inspired by Devil May Cry and Ninja Gaiden, ENENRA is for gamers who love to hack and slash their way through hoards of enemies. Created by ZahidGames, this 3D game demo is visually appealing throughout and it’s free to try. ‘Enenra’ is a Japanese word for a monster or spirit made of smoke and darkness. This particular concept dates back to the late 18th century.
ZahidGames has made several screen captures and videos available so that interested players can see what the game is all about. You can follow this game and its creator across a variety of social media outlets, including Twitter and Instagram.
Cyber ninja steampunk
There are plenty of opportunities to fight basic enemies, as well as a boss character named Hanaya, who has powerful moves. The arena is incredibly engaging, allowing players to jump and leap parkour-style from platform to platform. The blood splatters and stains left behind on the ground look great, as do the ghostly shadows behind the characters.
ENENRA was developed with Unreal Engine, a game engine created by Epic Games that uses C++. The license for Unreal Engine is free for those interested in development, but there is a royalty fee for games that earn over $1 million.
ENENRA is available for Windows only. Even though downloading it is simple, the file size rather large and may require you to sign in to your Onedrive account.
A visual keyboard map is available so you can see what keys you are using. This way, you can engage in all the advanced melee motions. This single-player ninja adventure brings the concept of Enenra to a cyber future.
Hack and Slash Surprise
While still in development and subject to changes, ENENRA is still a high-quality action experience. Players will find the game playable with a keyboard or a controller. It’s up to you to decide which method to use.
ENENRA is a hack and slash adventure designed to give you an exhilarating time. With all the action in the game, you’re sure to receive your fair share of bloodshed and mayhem.
