ASTRA: Knights of Veda is a role-playing game. It is a 2D RPG video game set in a dark medieval fantasy world known as Planis. Players assume the role of a chosen champion, a member of the Knights of Veda, tasked with combating a malevolent curse orchestrated by the mad King Magnus, which has plunged the world into chaos.

ASTRA: Knights of Veda’s rich narrative is centered around your quest to restore peace and normality to Planis, with the guidance of the goddess Veda, who selects you as her champion. You’ll embark on a journey through the dark and atmospheric world of Planis, encountering fatal challenges, nightmarish creatures, and difficult bosses in various locations such as the Nightmare and Sealed Prisons.

In terms of gameplay, the game offers tactical combat. You have the opportunity to engage in tactical and stylish combat, utilizing the unique skills and weapons of the Knights of Veda. Combat is described as fluid, with dodge rolling and powerful skills that can turn the tide of battle. However, like many RPGs, it suffers from repetitiveness in terms of combat encounters and quests.
