If you're looking for an easy, quick option, PDFMate Free PDF Converter is perfect. The interface is beautifully clean and clear, making the whole conversion process very fast. Add your PDF (or selection of PDF documents), pick the format you want converting to, and hit the large Convert button. PDFMate Free PDF Converter allows you to convert to ePub, text, image (.jpg), HTML, or .SWF, and does so quickly.
Although you'll see an option for Advanced Setting on the PDFMate Free PDF Converter interface, this is a bit of a misnomer - the settings are actually quite basic and mainly revolve around image options for the various formats. There are no other options for either the program or the conversion process itself. If you're just looking for the basics, though, this won't matter.
