Pac Man Is Still Going Strong After 40 Years!

In the year 2021, there will be another release of the well-loved arcade game Pac Mania. The game will be made available through the Steam online platform and will feature all new high-definition graphics, a multitude of levels created by the award winning studio, gamers, and indie developer Alawar. What makes Alawar's creation of a completely new experience in Pacmania is its use of an advanced scripting system known as the "multi-player additive". This feature allows for players to take on the role of any of the six main characters that make up Pac Man, namely; Pac Woman, Pac Instinct, Pac Man Jr., Pac Man Baby, and finally, the Ghost.
The six different characters can be customized with several different special rules that are only accessible through their power ups. The unique style of each character is reflected in the way in which they move and shoot, and Pac Man's increased height also makes him more difficult to injure. Each of these six Pac Man variations also has their own score board, and this score is based on the total number of lives that Pac Man has when he is defeated. There are many power ups available to Pac Man players including the ice cream, the jar, the coin, and the wheel.
Despite some having criticized Alawar's creation of a completely new version of the popular arcade game, critics have praised Pac Man for the exciting, unique graphics and gameplay. With the use of high-definition visuals and a number of sound effects, the latest version of the classic arcade game has definitely taken its rightful place among the hallowed halls of the video games. This brand new release will also support online play, where users can connect with other Pac Man players from around the world. The use of custom maps, sounds, icons, and cheats has also helped make Pacmania even more addictive. With so many exciting features packed into one package, it seems as if Pacmania will have little competition from the multitude of similar games that are flooding the market.
