Eggs for Bart is a horror game of the utmost quality. In this game you as Homer, your neighbour, ex-girlfriend's son, police chief and resident wannabe, must investigate a series of murders that took place several months ago. Main objective is to find out if the killer is still alive or not by seeking out and capturing the three suspects. Main game play is point-and-click stealth based - in Chapter 1 you as Homer, play as Homer, and then as a part of the third chapter as Wiggum, as you try to collect more eggs from inside the home to give to Bart. The three suspects are: Norm, Gerald and Fork.
The whole objective of the game is to run, hide and scare as much as you can to collect the maximum amount of eggs (each level has a specific number of fledged eggs for Homer to pick up) to give to Bart as a gift. To earn fledged eggs for Homer you need to either: - Escape from custody without being caught. - Achieve a ranking on the police force by successfully apprehending criminals.
The levels get progressively harder as you continue playing the game. It's quite possible you will be stuck at one level for quite some time before moving on to the next one. As you move on, there are special jumps between levels that unlock additional powers for Homer and Fork. There are also special items such as the "Chicks from hell" that turn Homer into an aggressive berserker and Fork into a highly skilled fighter who can withstand a lot of punishment. With these power-ups, you can easily earn enough fledged eggs to score 3.
