Shuup is a programming language tool developed to serve an innovative e-commerce marketplace. It is open-source software, guaranteeing that all features are available for everyone to experience. To install Shuup, familiarity with PyPA tools for Python packaging, including pip and virtualenv, is necessary. Additionally, your system should meet the requirements of Python 2.7.9+/3.4+ and any database supported by Django. The installation process involves updating pip and its setup tools, setting up a virtualenv for Shuup, and activating it. Afterward, you can install the package file via PyPI and set up the Django project according to your preferences.
With Shuup, you can set up your multivendor environment in three different ways: Single Marketplace, Dedicated Vendor Shops, and Headless E-Commerce. Each option provides a unique storefront experience for vendors.
