If you are going to the Walmart or grocery store to shop you need to have My Walmart schedule available to you. When I was at Walmart one of the managers came up to me and asked me if I had the My Walmart app. I told him no and he then said that he could check the app for me and see what it was about. I asked him what the app was for and he said it was for Walmart associates to access the store's application. I asked him how did they get access to the app and he said they get access to the app through two-step verification.
Basically the app is designed for the associates at the stores who are using the Walmart Schedule program. Associates must be enrolled in a two-stage authentication to actually use this useful tool. After enrolling the associates must download the apk files from the Android Market or any other appropriate place to complete the process. After the apk files have been downloaded and successfully installed, they will then be able to log into the My Walmart account. When an associate logs into the account they will see all the items that they can grocery shopping for, items that are on sale and items that are still in the supply.
To access the app you will need a smartphone with android support. It will not work on an Apple iPhone or Blackberry because of the lack of integration. You will also need a computer with an internet connection. The My Walmart schedule app is free and will help you save time, reduce losses, increase profits and help you track your employees' activities.
