Murus Lite is an entry level, front end for OS X’s PF network firewall. It features bandwidth throttling, inbound filtering, logging, presets and ports management.
The great thing about Murus Lite is the interface is really easy to use; it’s based on icons and collection views. You can set the firewall rules by dragging and dropping icons and selecting specific checkboxes. There is no need to type any code or understand PF syntax as an expanded PF configuration view shows the PF ruleset. In it is a clear representation of rules with icons and symbols with dynamically generated comments for every rule.
