Kung-Fu Master Returns is an exciting free Windows program, part of the class Windows games with subgenre Martial Arts. It was added to download list in 2021, and in the last three months it gained 65,486 downloads, and in the last week it gained another 6 downloads. Kung-Fu Master Returns offers various exciting games including the classic adventure game, which let the player control an eclectic group of martial arts opponents, and more modern versions which combine real life moves with animation and special effects.
The Kung-Fu Master Returns app features high definition support (activated by pressing a shortcut key on your keyboard), original, full screen mode, original controller support, and also the option of controlling two characters at the same time (one as the left and one as the right). There are various levels in the game, from easy to harder difficulties. Some of the arcade classic levels are available as remakes, while some of the later levels are completely rewritten in the new game engine. The graphics are very nice, though not as enhanced as the original arcade classic, perhaps because of the lower screen resolution. However, the remake levels are much more varied, using different backgrounds and styles, so it looks more 'real'.
Kung fu master returns retains the traditional elements seen in the first version, such as the block button, the block and Dodge button, the peppermint sweep, and the flying kick. However, the new engine is much more interesting, providing a fully animated attack system, and various additional animations. The original game had bad voice acting, but this has been fixed. Otherwise, Kung-Fu Master Returns looks very promising, and it is free, so you might as well download it!
